Stock the shelf

- Rotate every item put to shelf.
- Work every type of chips to shelf, rotating dates as you go.
Backstock back to stock room.

- Return back stock and empty trays to designated space in back room.
- Keep empty trays at the top of each stack.
Distribution
A daily affair.
Load stock into trailer for clients.

- Load stock needed from warehouse into trailer.
- Secure load to trailer with E track ratchet straps.
Deliver stock to clients

- Drive to stores on your route. Every store, every day.
- Merchandise stores. Rotate all stock.
- Collect any outdated product for store credit.
- Check in new merchandise with store receiver using Zebra scanner and printer.
- Check out any outdated and/or damaged product with store receiver using Zebra scanner and printer.
- Collect all receipts.
Return empty trays/boxes to warehouse

- Collect empty trays from each store on route through the day.
- Put empty trays onto pallets in warehouse.
- Put empty chip boxes into return receptacle at warehouse.
Wrap up empty trays to return to distribution center.

- Use plastic wrap to secure trays to themselves.
- Use bailing strap to secure chip boxes to themselves, then drop onto an empty pallet.
- Use Zebra printer and scanner to label pallets for return to distribution center.
